Admins, Cops and Regulars...
We have quite a few regulars, cops and admins. A short presentation of some of them can be found here. If you wish to have some information about yourself listed here, contact webmaster@viper.pimpi.org.
Oh, and the crowd is generally nice and we try to keep things both social and deadly. Please keep that in mind, both when playing and talking to other players.
Admins
- Pimpinella (Frank Evers)
- Pimpinella is root. Fear him. He doesn't play that much, but occasionally he drops by as a tank.
- Manu (Julio Jiménez Borreguero)
- Manu hacks 'flag. Which translates to someone you really don't want to annoy. Then again, give him "tiny", and you won't have the option of annoying him. He will however annoy you. The ratio record on the server is held by Manu, with 72-0, without any superflags. Yes, he had "Tiny".
- Viper
- Notice the name of the server? Consider that a hint.
- Jimbo
- It's been a while since I can recall seeing Jimbo. :-/
Cops
There are a lot of cops around, we're getting to be almost 30 now. That's almost impressive. Some of the more familiar ones might be:
- An 800Mhz iMac G4 (Michael Sleet)
- As for odd nicks go, we're closing on a winner. But, it's always nice to have on the right side of the wall.
- Dew (Terje Kvernes)
- He doesn't have the kill ratio record, but Manu (see above) have been observed congratulating Dew for his ratio... Enough said.
- Toaster (John Jabusch)
- So, give it some years and some experience with people who actually drive tanks, and we have Toaster. Toaster is a gift to his team and to us cops both, looking out for his team and looking out for anything that seems suspicious.
